For the second year in a row, HRC was proud to support the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Collegiate Bowl. This game brings together the best NFL draft prospects from around the country to show off their skills for scouts. It’s an awesome chance to see tomorrow’s stars before they make it big.  Each year, through a partnership with the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse and Fathers Incorporated, free tickets are available for fathers and families. If you missed it this year, stay tuned next January for your chance to attend!

This year, HRC partnered with Children’s Institute to help dads and their kids capture a moment of their positive and memorable experience at the football game. Together, we staffed a free photo booth with various football-related props for families to take fun and memory-making pics of themselves.  The print-on-demand picture was attached to a pig-skinned themed memory & activity booklet including autograph pages, kids activity pages, coloring pages, fatherhood tips for dads, memory-making ideas for dads and kids, and links to The Fatherhood Clearinghouse and local fatherhood organizations.

Our booth was a hit, with over 200 people stopping by! Thanks to everyone who participated. We look forward to working with the NFLPA next year for a great game and a great way to support fathers and families!
